Some of the places we have held our global face to face and virtual meetings have included over 30 cities in the US as well as Japan, Australia, Sweden, Germany, England, Prague and Singapore. Large Pharmaceutical R&D Scientific Conference and Tradeshow
This annual R&D Scientific Symposium, led by the company's President of Research, hosts over 2,300 scientists, over 25% of the organization's worldwide research staff. This event is focused on over 700 internal poster presentations and networking, and includes a full set of Exhibit Halls with over 120 suitable suppliers.
Large Pharmaceutical Analytical Research Conference and Tradeshow
This annual Analytical-focused conference and tradeshow is now approaching over 40 years of annual events. With over 350 Analytic-focused scientists, this event is focused on internal poster presentations and networking, and includes an Exhibit Hall with over 40 qualified suppliers.
Large Pharmaceutical IT Conference and Tradeshow
This annual huge IT driven event, led by the Company's CIO, hosts over 3500 employees from around the world. The event is broken into three localized events in North America, Europe and AsiaPac spread over three months. The event provides a forum for over 650 scientists - nearly 10% of the organization's worldwide research staff. The North American event, attended by nearly 1500 on-site attendees , featured six parallel talk tracks and a tradeshow floor interview area streamed live to an additional 1500 company employees thoughout the world.
Large Pharmaceutical Technology Conference and Tradeshow
This annual Technology event provides a forum for over 650 scientists - nearly 10% of the organization's worldwide research staff. As with many of our larger managed events, this event has expanded to Convention Center facilities to accommodate over 100 approved exhibitors and a multi-track conference.
Large Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Conference and Tradeshow
This annual targeted Symposium provides a forum for over 300 attendees focused specifically on Single Use Manufacturing topics.

BRC Triangle Biotech Research Conference
The BioPharma Research Council (BRC) presented it's 4th Annual regional event for 100 attendees in Research Triangle Park (RTP), North Carolina at the North Carolina Biotechnology Center. Focusing on innovation and development in the RTP area, the event includes Pharma, Biotech and AgBio topics of interest.
RBC Biotech Conference
The Regional Biotech Council of Central Bucks (RBCCB) presented it's 5th Annual RBC BIOTECH Conference in 2005, co-hosted by PA State Senator Conti, at PineCrest Country Club in Pennsylvania. With the theme "The Future of Pennsylvania Biotech", speakers and panel experts addressed the audience of more than 100 biotech entrepreneurs, researchers, and RBC members.

Large Telecommunications Web Week
Web Week 2000 brought over 800 global employees together for a week-long event. Industry and company presentations covered creative business solutions that addressed many areas of the eBusiness arena. The event offered over 100 internal and external exhibitors, Internet-focused courses, a host of presentations, vendor product tutorials, and copious networking. Web usability guru and Google design architect Jakob Nielson and IBM's Vice President of Internet Technology, John Patrick, as well as many company executives gave keynote speeches. Technical and business-focused employees could choose content at every level.
Large Telecommunications Supplier WebTech
WebTech 2000 was designed to help technical decision-makers fuel corporate growth by capitalizing on today's technical and operational opportunities. About 700 employees from worldwide locations attended WebTech 2000 to share ideas and insights on how they could best leverage technology to make the transformation into leading global communications and information companies a reality. In addition, the attendees also had the opportunity to visit over 90 vendors, both internal and external, to learn about their products and services. The event brought Tim Berners-Lee, the "Father of the Web" and one of Time Magazine's 100 most influential people of the 20th Century, out for a nightly discussion on the "Semantic Web".

Large Telecommunications Knowledge Sharing Summit
The CIO organization held this Global Knowledge Sharing conference in 2000 to facilitate the process of capturing and reusing one of the companies most valuable assets, its collective data and intellect. Exhibitors had the opportunity to participate in this annual meeting focused on people, processes and technologies. This event attracted employees from a wide variety of global positions. Technology planners, designers, developers, implementers and users worked with end user organization and process builders to ensure that the company's knowledge sharing is truly world-class.

New Jersey Webstock 99 focused on New Jersey businesses of all sizes with over 1,000 local attendees and 100 vendors. Sponsors included New Jersey Technology Council and Business News New Jersey. Webstock '99 featured a keynote from John Dvorak.

eCommerce '98 addressed the enabling of e-commerce in the corporation. The 2-day public event drew over 150 people from 60 companies, both regional and national. Presentations were from executive leaders of AT&T. Thirty vendors showcased their technologies.

Nielsen Norman Group World Tour
With "User Experience Rules the Web" as its topic, this multi-city worldwide tour led by Web Design Guru Jakob Nielsen attracted thousands of usability experts. The NN/g Group and PlanetConnect visited Japan, Australia, Sweden, Germany, England and six U.S. cities to showcase the NN/g keynotes and multiple tutorials. The information-packed two day event attracted not only user experience professionals, but also Web designers, usability specialists, information architects, content writers and editors, intranet managers, e-marketers, e-commerce managers, Internet executives and people who care about connecting to customers online.

A Taste of Red Bank, A Taste of Jazz
PlanetConnect managed the first “Taste of Red Bank”, which took place August 19th outside at the Two River Theater. All proceeds of this event benefited the MONMOUTH COUNTY ARTS COUNCIL which will help to promote bringing additional arts and music events to the Red Bank area. Over 300 attendees sampled and savored the exquisite cuisine from 15 of Red Bank's finest restaurants, and enjoyed a special performance by the new, 16-piece Red Bank Jazz Orchestra, assembled by the Jazz Arts Project.
CD101.9 Red Bank Jazz & Blues Festival 2006 Presented by Washington Mutual
PlanetConnect managed the 20th Annual FREE CD101.9 Red Bank Jazz & Blues Festival, which took place June 2-4 in Marine Park by the gentle and beautiful Navesink River. The event offered three full days and nights of jazz, blues, food, crafts and plenty of family fun. The festival draws over 150,000 attendees and is one of the largest free music festivals in the Northeast. PlanetConnect tripled revenue levels for the festival over four years and provided in-house Association management for the Jersey Shore Jazz and Blues Foundation, the non-profit grass roots organization which produces the festival. In addition, PlanetConnect brought over $100,000 per year in grants to the thriving organization, putting both the Foundation and Festival on solid ground for many years to come.
Red Bank First Night
Working with the Jersey Shore Jazz & Blues Foundation, the Monmouth Arts Council, Red Bank Rivercenter, Monmouth County Tourism and others, PlanetConnect help manage and revive a Red Bank tradition. First Night is an alchohol-free, entertainment that offers an eclectic buffet of performers, from a variety of music styles (including Opera, Jazz, Blues, Folk, Rock, Pop, Country, Chorale, Barbershop, Bagpipes), childrens activities (Storytelling, Facepainting, Clowns, Magicians, Arts and Crafts) and a mixture of other art styles (Poetry, Storytelling, Theatre) all for a very affordable and enjoyable year's end evening with over 175 performers in 20 venues throughout town.
